Compared to the alternatives
The honest starting point: most Pakistani COD stores are not choosing between two apps. They are choosing between an app and a spreadsheet that mostly works. But the apps are real, so here is the field — the two camps it divides into, and what each camp leaves you to do yourself.
Nobody else does both halves
There are plenty of good Shopify apps around Pakistani cash on delivery. They divide cleanly into two camps, and the line between them is where the money goes missing.
- Courier apps book the parcel and track it. They do not tell you what it earned, whether the courier paid you for it, or what the returns cost.
- Profit apps report on the orders. They cannot book a parcel, work an NDR, receive a return, or audit a courier invoice.
Run one and you are half covered. Run two and you pay twice, while the app booking the parcel and the app costing it can disagree with nothing to say which is right. Kaarobar is the only one on this list that does both halves in one install — and below the unlimited tier it costs less than the two apps it replaces.

What the table actually shows
- A long carrier list is worth about $2 a month. Universal Courier lists 50+ carriers for $25 a year. Any app selling its carrier count as the reason to choose it is competing on the commodity — and Kaarobar adds any carrier you name within 24 working hours anyway.
- The split is deliberate, and you pay for it twice. The nearest Pakistani rival sells operations and profit as two separate apps from the same vendor. Matching one Kaarobar install means subscribing to both.
- The global leader does not do COD at all. TrueProfit has 809 reviews and no cash-on-delivery support — the category is proven, and this corner of it is unserved.
- We are the newest listing here. Most apps above have more reviews than Kaarobar. That is a fair thing to weigh against us, and it is the one thing we cannot argue with.
What only Kaarobar does
Checked against every Pakistani COD and courier app on the store, and the leading global profit apps, on 30 August 2026. We could not find these on any competing listing. Each links to the page that explains it.

Below the unlimited tier, one app is roughly half the price of two. The free tiers are the sharpest example: Kaarobar's covers 500 orders a month, where the two apps you would replace cap out at 300 and 200 and force you onto paid plans for both.
And every plan is the same complete app. There is no tier where the reconciliation, the claims or the tax module is held back — those are the parts a COD store most needs and the parts most likely to be paywalled elsewhere.

How these pages are written
A comparison page is worth nothing if a prospect can catch it lying, and every prospect can — the listings are public. So each page names the things Kaarobar does not have at all, and dates every figure so you can check whether it has gone stale. Where we are more expensive, it says so.
