Why the courier layer is built this way
Every courier in Pakistan exposes a different shape of the same four operations: book a parcel, fetch its status, list the remittance, and cancel. Kaarobar defines those four once and writes a thin adapter per courier, so adding one does not touch the profit engine, the reconciliation, or anything you look at. That is also why the app can compare couriers against each other — delivery rate, RTO rate and days-to-settle are computed from the same columns regardless of who carried the parcel.
