BlueEx, booked and reconciled like the rest
Adding a carrier should not add a workflow. BlueEx uses the same booking screen, the same status views and the same shipment-keyed reconciliation as every other courier Kaarobar supports.
What connecting BlueEx gives you
- Bulk booking from Shopify orders, with the consignment number written back onto the order.
- Tracking in your own views — in transit, delivered, NDR, returned — instead of a separate portal.
- Per-parcel remittance matching on the shipment ID, so unpaid and short-paid parcels are named rather than absorbed into a total.
- A place in the courier scorecard, measured on your parcels by city, so the routing decision is evidence rather than habit.
Setup
Your existing BlueEx merchant credentials, entered once in the app. Nothing is copied by hand afterwards and no CSV is downloaded from the portal.

- Do I need my own BlueEx account?
- Yes — Kaarobar connects your existing merchant account. Your rates and your relationship with BlueEx are unchanged.
- How many couriers can I run at once?
- As many as you have accounts for. Booking rules route each order by city, weight or value, and the scorecard compares them all on the same definitions.
