Why the tiers do not differ by feature
They used to. The finance and tax modules were held back for the dearer plan, which meant the smallest stores — the ones whose margins are thinnest and who most need to know what a return costs them — were the ones locked out of finding out. That was backwards, so it was removed. Starter unlocks everything. Pro and Business buy volume and, on Business, multiple stores under one login.
What counts as an order
Orders synced from your store in a billing month. If you go past the allowance, the app tells you and offers the next size up; it does not quietly stop syncing, because a gap in the order history would corrupt the profit figures you bought the app for.
Billing
Charges run through Shopify and appear on your existing Shopify invoice — there is no separate card to enter. Cancel from inside the app at any time; you keep the Free tier.
Prices are in USD because Shopify bills app subscriptions in USD. Your store's own currency is unaffected — Kaarobar reports your figures in PKR.
Questions merchants actually ask
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. Free is a plan, not a countdown — 500 orders a month, with the profit dashboard and COD reconciliation, for as long as you want it.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Billing runs through Shopify, so there is no separate card to enter, and the free plan needs no charge at all.
- What happens if I go over my order allowance?
- The app tells you and offers the next tier. Syncing does not stop — a hole in the order history would corrupt exactly the numbers you installed the app for.
- Can I run more than one store?
- Yes, on Business: every store under one login, with a consolidated profit, COD and tax view across them.
