Which courier is actually better, on your parcels
Every courier in Pakistan claims a high delivery rate. The only figure that matters is the one measured on your own shipments, to your own customers, in your own cities.
The scorecard
Kaarobar scores each connected courier on the three numbers that turn into money:
The third is the one most stores never measure. A courier that delivers slightly better but holds your money two weeks longer can be the worse choice for a business funding stock out of cash flow.
City by city, because national averages hide the decision
Courier strength in Pakistan is regional. A national average blends a courier's strong cities with its weak ones and produces a number that is true and useless. Kaarobar keeps per-city statistics, so the comparison is made where the parcel is actually going.
Performance routing
Once the evidence exists, booking can follow it. Kaarobar can route each order to whichever connected courier performs best for that destination — with two guards that stop it from being noise:
- A minimum sample. A courier with a handful of parcels in a city has no measured rate, only an accident. Below the threshold it is not treated as evidence.
- A minimum edge. Routing only changes when one courier is ahead by a real margin. Two couriers within a point of each other are a tie, and churning bookings between them buys nothing while making your own data harder to read.
A caution the app builds in rather than hides. Couriers only compare fairly when they carry comparable work. If one is given only your difficult cities, its delivery rate measures the cities, not the courier — so every rate is shown with the parcel count behind it. A rate built on eleven parcels looks like a rate built on eleven parcels.
Questions merchants actually ask
- How many parcels before the scorecard means anything?
- Enough that a run of bad luck cannot explain the difference. The app shows the sample size next to every rate and will not route on a sample too small to be evidence, rather than quietly presenting a number it does not trust.
- Does it switch couriers automatically?
- Only if you turn routing on, and only where one courier is ahead by a meaningful margin for that destination. Otherwise your booking rules and your preference stand.
- Can I compare a courier I book outside Kaarobar?
- Yes, as long as the parcels reach the app with their shipment IDs — the scorecard is computed from order and remittance data, not from who pressed the book button.
