Your dashboard says PKR 4,000. You kept PKR 1,675.
Kaarobar is one app for the whole cash-on-delivery loop — book the parcel, work the NDR, scan the return, reconcile the courier’s remittance, and end up at the only number that matters: what you actually keep, after everything.
Free plan, no card. Paid plans start at $7.99/month, with a free trial.
This is the screen you open first.
Orders placed, what was actually delivered, what the courier is still holding, and the profit left at the end of it — on one screen, updated as parcels move. Below it, four of the seventeen screens that do the rest of the work.
Every app solves one square of the board.
A Pakistani COD brand ends up running four things at once: a booking app for the courier, an analytics app for profit, a scanner for returns, and a spreadsheet for the remittance and the withholdings. Four tools, four dashboards, four different answers to “did this month make money?” — because none of them can see the other three. Kaarobar was built to be the one that sees all of it.

Move the sliders. Watch the month disappear.
This is the same arithmetic the app runs on your real orders — delivered cash in, product cost, freight both ways, GST, packaging and the two withholdings out. Set it to your store and see the gap between what Shopify reports and what reaches your account.
Share of the order value your goods cost you. Kaarobar reads this per product from Shopify’s cost per item.
The rest come back RTO — and every one of them costs freight both ways plus packaging while still counting as a sale on your dashboard.
Illustrative model, in PKR. Packaging is held at PKR 60 a parcel and GST on courier services at 16% of freight; your real figures come from your own orders, costs and courier invoices once the app is installed.
Seventeen screens. One cash-on-delivery loop.
The free tier keeps the profit truth, because that is the part nobody should have to pay to find out. Everything else unlocks on Starter — every paid plan is the same complete app, and the tiers differ only by how many orders a month they carry. Each module has a page of its own: true net profit, COD reconciliation, returns and RTO, NDR and GST and withholding tax — or see all of them.
What is moving, what landed, and what it was worth.
The work between an order coming in and a parcel being settled or back on the shelf.
Where an operations dashboard turns into a set of books.
Written for a market where the customer pays at the door.
Cash on delivery is not an edge case bolted onto a Western analytics app. It is the entire shape of the business — and it is the shape of this one.
Native, not converted. Every figure is in rupees on Pakistan Standard Time, so day boundaries land where your team’s day actually ends.
Income tax and sales tax withheld on delivered COD are deducted inside net profit — not left as a surprise at filing time.
PostEx, Trax, TCS and BlueEx for booking, tracking and automatic remittance matching — and the courier layer is a thin adapter per carrier, so any courier you need is added within 24 working hours. You are not tied to one.
Installs from the App Store and runs inside your Shopify admin. Delivery status and payment status sync back to your orders.
One product. You only pick a size.
Every paid plan is the same complete app — no feature is held back for a dearer tier. You are choosing how many orders a month you need to carry. Billed through Shopify, on your existing invoice. Cancel from inside the app.

The ones we actually get asked.
Do I have to drop my courier app?
Kaarobar books and tracks through PostEx, Trax, TCS and BlueEx directly, so for most stores it takes that job over. The courier layer is a thin adapter per carrier, so any courier you need is added within 24 working hours and you migrate nothing.
What if my products have no cost price in Shopify?
Margins are only ever as good as your cost per item. Rather than quietly assuming a zero cost and reporting a flattering number, Kaarobar lists every product missing a cost so you can fill the gaps.
Does it really handle the withholdings?
Yes. Delivered COD carries 2% income tax and 2% sales tax withholding. Both are deducted inside net profit and broken out on the Taxes page, with exports you can hand to your accountant.
How far back does my history go?
Kaarobar pulls order history well beyond the usual 60-day window, so your first profit figure is based on months of real trading rather than a fortnight.
How long is setup?
Install from the App Store, connect your courier account, and the sync runs on its own. No CSV imports, no spreadsheet templates, no onboarding call required.
Find out what you actually kept.
Install free, connect your courier, and let it tell you which orders, products and cities were worth shipping.
