One courier dashboard for every parcel you ship
Courier portals show one courier at a time and know nothing about your Shopify orders. Kaarobar puts every parcel from every courier on one screen, next to the order it belongs to.
What you see in one place
- Every courier together — PostEx, Trax, TCS and BlueEx connect directly; parcels on any other courier are picked up from your Shopify fulfilments.
- Live status — booked, in transit, delivered, attempted, returned — synced every few minutes and written back to the Shopify order.
- Delivery time per parcel, with a delivery target you set and every late parcel flagged.
- The NDR queue — failed attempts with the courier's reason, one click to ask for a re-attempt or a return.
- A scorecard by courier and city — delivery rate, RTO rate and days to settle, on your own parcels.
Why a portal per courier is not a dashboard
Each courier portal tracks its own parcels. With two couriers you are checking two portals, and neither can tell you which Shopify order a parcel belongs to, which customer refused it last time, or whether the courier has paid you for it. The work of joining it all up lands in a spreadsheet.
Kaarobar starts from the order. Book from Shopify and the tracking number, status and payment all attach to that order — so one screen answers "where is it", "did it deliver" and "have we been paid".
Late parcels, before the customer calls
Set how many days a delivery should take. Every parcel past it is flagged, and the late-deliveries report shows which courier and which city are running slow, exportable to Excel for the courier's account manager. See the courier scorecard.
Failed deliveries, worked daily
A failed attempt is not yet a return. The NDR queue lists every one with the courier's reason, your team's notes, and the decision to re-attempt or return — so parcels stop ageing into RTO by default.
Tracking that closes the loop
Delivered and returned statuses flow back into Shopify, returns are confirmed by warehouse scan, and every courier payment is matched to the parcel it paid for. The dashboard is not just where a parcel is — it is whether the parcel made you money.

- Can I track PostEx, Trax and TCS parcels in one place?
- Yes. Kaarobar connects PostEx, Trax, TCS and BlueEx directly and shows every parcel from all of them on one screen, next to its Shopify order. Parcels on other couriers are picked up from your Shopify fulfilments, and any courier you name is added within 24 working hours.
- Does the courier status update my Shopify orders?
- Yes. Delivery and return status are written back to the Shopify order, so your team works from one place.
- Can I see which courier is delivering late?
- Yes. Every delivered parcel shows its delivery time, you set a target in Settings, and the late-deliveries report breaks late parcels down by courier and city with an Excel export.
