Hamza Khalid
Hamza runs Pakistani cash-on-delivery stores on Shopify, and Kaarobar is the tool he built for them. He writes the guides on this site.
The stores
He started Mydrobe.pk, a women's fashion brand, in 2020, and runs Cellwala.pk. The question behind Kaarobar came from running them: how much of a month's sales is still money after returns, courier charges and withholding tax? Kaarobar is built by his company, Remap Media, in Lahore.
The marketing
Before and alongside the stores, he has worked as a performance marketer for 10+ years. He runs paid media on Meta, Google and TikTok for direct-to-consumer brands, apparel retailers and lead-generation businesses in Pakistan, the UAE, Qatar and the US, and is Meta Certified.
What he writes about
The guides here cover what running a COD store in Pakistan actually costs: how courier remittances arrive, what a returned parcel costs, how withholding tax comes out of COD, and how to read a margin once all of that is taken out. They are written from the operator's side of the courier portal.
